ARTICLE 1:  DEFINITIONS
              In these Conditions, except where the context otherwise requires or where it is otherwise expressly provided, the following expressions have the meanings respectively assigned to them, that is to say:
Baggage:  All articles intended for passenger use. Unless otherwise specified, it shall include both checked and unchecked baggage of the passenger.

Damage: Includes death, wounding, or bodily to a passenger, loss, partial loss, theft or other damage, arising out of or in connection with carriage or other services incidental thereto performed by us.

Electronic Ticket: The Itinerary/Receipt issued by us or our behalf, the Electronic coupons and, if applicable, a boarding document.

Electronic coupon:  Is a coupon in electronic from or other document is our data.

Itinerary Receipt: A travel document or documents we issue to Passengers travelling on Electronic Tickets that contains the Passenger’s name, flight information and further notices relevant for the journey. This document is to be retained by the passenger and to be carried during the whole journey.

Special fare: A Fare which is lower than the normal base.

Ticket: Either the document entitled “Baggage check and Electronic ticket,” in each case issued by is or on our behalf, and includes the condition of contract, notices and coupons.

(Authorised) Agent:  Is a passenger sales agent who has been appointed by us to represent us in the sale of air transportation on our service.

Check-in deadline:  Is the time limit specified by us or by an air carrier, by which you must have completed check-in formalities and received your boarding pass.

Charter:  To hire the exclusive of any aircraft.

Fare basis:  A code that designates specific rules and restrictions under which a ticket can be issued.

No show:  A customer who has not cancelled the reservation and who fails to show up at the airport for the flight.

One-way:  A fare or an itinerary between two points which does not provide a return trip.

Open return – Open segment:  The segment of itinerary on a ticket or reservation that does not indicate the flight, date, or time the customer is to travel.

Refund:  Means the repayment to the purchaser of all or a portion of a fare rate of charge for unused carriage or service.
