| General Provisions: We will provide carriage only to the passenger named in the ticket and against presentation, in case of ETIK coupon storage in the reservation system, of the flight coupon in question and all consecutive flight coupon as well as the passenger receipt of the ticket. |

Electronic Ticket
- Electronic ticketing can be purchased on- line with airfare automatically charged through to your credit card.
- Credit card holder must travel in all flight segments. His or her name as appeared in the passport, as shown on the credit card, and as advised when making reservation must be exactly identical.
- Debit card (automatically debit to the holder’s account when card is swiped and payment is approved) is not accepted.
- A maximum of 4 passengers under payment of the same credit card is allowed.
- Advance reservations can be made and purchased ticket a minimum of 72 hours
- Applicable flights are displayed with Electronic ticket candidate indicator (E)
- Flight confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address indicated in your traveler profile.
- Electronic ticket will be issued only after payment through your credit card is subsequently approved by which itinerary receipt containing ticket number will be sent to your e-mail address. If payment is not approved, reject message will be also be sent to your e-mail address and, accordingly, ticket will not be issued.
- Therefore, it is mandatory that, after making reservation, you must always check your ticket status in the itinerary receipt.
- Credit card used for purchases of the electronic ticket and passport must always be presented at the check-in counter. For Thai passenger travelling on the domestic flight, picture affixed identification card issued by Thai government (for child) may also be shown instead of passport.
- Refund can be made by contacting any KRABI AIRLINE ticket city office by which refund credit will be subsequently reimbursed to your credit card bank account. Refund fee may be applied.
- The system will provide electronic ticket option only and, in this respect, reservation can be made and ticket can be purchased VISA, MASTER credit cards are accepted.
Period of Validity
- A Ticket bought at standard tariff is valid for transportation from the date of issue or, subject to the first travel under the Ticket. A Ticket bought at a tariff other than the standard tariff is valid for transportation or refund only for the period as quoted by the regulations of the air carrier or the transportation tariff or in the Ticket itself.
- If after having commenced your journey, you are prevented from travelling within the period of validity of the Ticket by reason of illness, we may extend the period of validity of your Ticket until the date when you become fit to travel or until our first flight after such date, from the point where the journey was interrupted on which space is available and exclusively in the class of service for which the fare has been paid. Such illness must be attested to by a medical certificate. If the flight coupons remaining in the Ticket, or in the case of an Electronic Ticket, the electronic coupon, involve one or more, the validity of such a Ticket may be extended for not more than 14 days from the date shown on the Ticket Under these circumstances, we will similarly extend the period of validity of Tickets of your immediate family accompanying you.
In the event of death of a passenger en route, the Tickets of persons accompanying the Passenger may be modified by waiving the minimum stay or extending the validity. In the event of a death in the immediate family of a Passenger who has commenced travel, the validity of the Passenger’s Tickets and those of his or her immediate family who are accompanying the Passenger may likewise be extended. Any such modification shall be made only upon receipt of a valid death certificate and any such extension of validity shall not be for a period longer than 30 days from date of the death. |
